Fresh Water fish include Walleye, Trout and Whitefish. Frozen Flathead Lake Trout and Flathead Lake Whitefish are available throughout most of the year.

DETAILS: The fillets are frozen and vacuum sealed. This is the classic fish used for fish fries in the midwest. Walleye has a great mild flavor with a tender small flake. Our Walleye is Wild Caught in Canada. Please contact us with any questions or special requests.
